People never learn, until something bad happens. Even at places like the zoo.
The minimum height for the tigers cage was supposed to be 16.4 feet. Tatiana the tiger that attacked, had a fence that was only 12 and a half feet tall. The zoo said that the people that inspect, never said anything about the wall, so they never did anything about it. They said, "now that something bad happened, it will be fixed." Gosh!

PIC#3 = Someone protesting in front of the zoo. Some people think that the tiger should have been tranquilized instead of killed. I agree.
