It Really Is A Small World

So today when i got home from work, something funny happened.

As i was unlocking the front door, and about to walk in the house, a guy is in our driveway, and he says. "Excuse me, do you mind if i take pictures of your house?" And i was like for what? And he said that he grew up in our house 30 years ago. So he said he was back in SD, and wanted to see his old house. I asked him where he was from now, and he said he was from Virginia. And i was like oh, my friends brother in law that also lives here is from Virginia. Im talking about Jay. Anyways, he was just telling me about how he had a lot of bad memories, and some good memories in our house, and he showed me where he left his bike on the lawn, and it got stolen. He was actually really nice. He was a military guy. He was Filipino of course, and he was 38. He was very emotional looking at the house. So i told him go ahead, take all the pictures u want. And i went inside. I told Jay, hey there a dude out there that said he lived in this house 30 years ago, and hes from Virginia you should go out there and talk to him. He hesitated at first, but then he went out there, and started talking to him. And it ended being that they knew a lot of the same people from Virginia, it was funny to see them talk, because they were so amazed that they knew the same people and same places. And then to top it off, this guy, who's name is Benson by the way, now is stationed in Hawaii in Oahu. And that is exactly where we are going in 3 weeks. He gave Jay his number, and said to call him when we were over there so he can tell us the good places to eat.

After this happened, i was just thinking what a small world!

I know what you mean about this being a small world. Good thing it turned out to be someone nice and not some "weirdo."
